Scope of This Policy
This Return Policy applies to event decoration and photo zone services provided by Vodnarexwhdholeu. Because our services are custom-planned, timelines and fees may vary by project.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made 30 or more days before the scheduled event date may be eligible for a refund of unused, non-committed costs.
- Cancellations within 30 days of the event may incur costs already committed to vendors, materials, or labor.
- Non-refundable deposits, if applicable, will be identified in your service agreement.
Rescheduling
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate date changes. Availability is not guaranteed. Additional costs from vendors or venue changes will be communicated for approval before proceeding.
Service Adjustments
Changes to design scope, materials, or quantities after approval may affect pricing and timelines. We will confirm any adjustments for your review before implementation.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-built decor elements, personalized signage, florals, perishable materials, and third-party rentals are not returnable once procured or produced.
Force Majeure
If an event must be cancelled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond either party's control (including severe weather, public safety orders, or venue closures), we will coordinate in good faith to find alternative solutions and minimize costs.
How to Request a Change
To request a cancellation, reschedule, or adjustment, please contact us as soon as possible with your event date, venue, and requested change. We will confirm applicable timelines and any related fees in writing.
